At TheAuraDrop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello.theauradrop@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
